By enrolling in a course(s), you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:
1. GENERAL REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are available only if a request for cancellation of enrolment is submitted within 48 hours of enrolment / payment towards Services, provided:
- the course has not been initiated/started by the User; or
- has purchased the same course multiple times accidentally.
The transaction fee and GST on the transaction fee levied by Payment Gateway at the time of payment capture will not be reversed. Further, the cost of Learner’s Kit as defined in the Website will not be refunded.
2. EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:
- After the commencement of the course.
- For the User’s failure to meet the hardware, software, or internet requirements necessary to access the course.
- If a refund request is made outside the refund eligibility period.
- If the User does not earn the course certificate within the duration of the course, the registration will expire and the User will need to pay the course fees again to re-enrol for the course.
- For Users who are in violation of the Terms of Use or any other USHA Policy available on the website.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a refund request, the following steps outlined below are to be completed by the User:

- Full name of the User
- Registered email ID and contact number
- Course name
- Enrolment ID
- Clear and specific reason for refund
- Upon receipt of your email, the USHA Support Team will carefully review the request and all accompanying information. You will receive a response regarding the acceptance or rejection of your request.
- Please note that incomplete information may result in delays in processing your request. For any further assistance, you may contact USHA’s support team.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
- All refunds approved by USHA will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of enrolment.
- Please allow 15 to 20 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the User’s bank account. The exact duration may vary depending on the User’s bank or payment service provider.
- In cases where the original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., an expired credit card), kindly inform USHA’s Support Team for assistance with arranging an alternative refund method.
5. COURSE CANCELLATION BY USHA
If a course is cancelled by USHA due to unforeseen circumstances, You may be offered the option to select another course of equivalent value otherwise a complete refund will be provided to you.
6. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
USHA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Modified Policy shall be applicable to all the users.

8. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
- USHA encourages direct communication to resolve, in good faith, refund-related disputes. In case of any dispute pertaining to the refund request kindly write to sfc_lmsadmin@usha.com.
- In cases where a dispute or a chargeback is determined to be unfounded, fraudulent, or in violation of the terms of this Policy or any other USHA Policy, USHA reserves the right to pursue recovery of the original transaction amount and / or initiating legal action and / or permanent termination of the account without notice.
This Policy is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of India. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts in New Delhi, India with respect to all disputes relating to or arising out of the use of the USHA Website and/or Services as specified under Term of Use.
